Notapipe

GTM IDE

Developers don't
test in production.
Why does GTM?

Figma gave design a shared canvas with versions, drafts, and preview before shipping. GitHub gave code review, branching, and rollback. VS Code gave developers a workspace that understands the context of what they're building.

GTM teams got the production CRM. Every new motion, every process change, every experiment goes directly into the system where the real business runs. The cost isn't technical — it's that teams stop experimenting entirely.

Notapipe is the first environment built specifically for GTM operations. Design, test, simulate, and validate — before a single rep sees the change.

Simulation before release

From idea to launch

01

Design

Canvas

Build the process visually. Stages, workers, decision nodes — all in draft.

02

Test

Test Mode

Generate data profiles and run them through the process you designed.

03

Simulate

Simulation Runner

See conversion rates, drop-off points, and movement logs.

04

Validate

Problems Panel

Catch broken workers, missing credentials, and configuration issues.

05

Launch

Publish

Push to production. Your team sees the change. Nothing before this point.

Nothing touches production until step 05.

01 — Canvas

Your process,
designed the way
you think it.

The Canvas is the executable blueprint of your operation — not a diagram that gets outdated. Every element has real effect on how the system runs. Workers attach to stages. Decision nodes branch the flow. Metrics track transitions. All in draft until you decide otherwise.

Stages

Trigger, deal, document, task — each type with its own behavior and exit criteria.

Decision nodes

Conditional branches with editable logic. Two outcomes. The process adapts to the deal.

Workers

Attach execution intelligence to each stage. The logic lives in the canvas, not in someone's head.

⌘K Command Palette

Add stages, workers, notes, references. Any action without leaving the keyboard.

Draft / Published

Your team runs on the live version. You design the next one in draft. No surprises at launch.

Metrics per transition

Conversion targets visible in the canvas. You see the expected performance as you design.

02 — 03

Test the process
before the process
tests the team.

A motion that looks correct in the canvas can have an invisible bottleneck. Test Mode generates data profiles — varying deal sizes, signals, and probabilities — and runs them through your flow. The Simulation Runner shows exactly what happens.

Test Mode

Activate from the canvas. The system generates test records with distinct profiles and puts them through the process you designed. No real data. No live deals affected.

— Small deal, strong signal
— Enterprise deal, weak qualification
— Mid-market, competitive displacement

Console Panel

The operation, always visible.
Without switching screens.

A panel that lives at the bottom of Notapipe — available in every section, every view. Four tabs, each scoped to context and role.

Logs

All roles

Every deal movement, worker execution, contact creation, and system event — in real time. Filterable by category. If something went wrong, the log says when and what.

Problems

GTM Engineer · Leader

Active detection — not a dashboard you check. Stalled deals, workers with missing credentials, forecast below target. Each issue has a severity and a direct [fix] action.

Context-aware autocomplete. Knows your stages, workers, and deals. No IDs to memorize.

Chat

All roles · context-aware

Not a generic assistant. Knows where you are: in the Canvas it evaluates your design. In Measure it analyzes conversion drops. Responds differently to a ramping rep than to a Sales Leader.

View As

How is your best
rep seeing the system?
And the one in month one?

View As lets you experience Notapipe exactly as any member of your team does — their interface, their pipeline, their alerts. Without switching accounts. Without asking them to describe what they're seeing.

Validate before launching

Before publishing a motion change or role configuration, see exactly how the team will experience it. No surprises on launch day.

Understand top performers

What does a consistently closing rep see when they open the app? What information do they use that others miss? Observe it directly.

Detect adoption friction

If a rep has trouble with the system, see exactly what they're seeing. Not their description of it — the actual view.

Audit role policies

Verify that access rules work as configured. Who can move a deal, who can confirm an order — before an operational error discovers it.

Every View As session is logged with full traceability. Available for owners and admins.

Extensibility

No-code for everyone.
More for whoever wants it.

Automations

Visual pipeline: trigger → conditions → actions. AND/OR configurable. Email, Slack, deal transitions. No developer required.

For all roles

API & Webhooks

Connect Notapipe to any external system. Scoped API keys, HMAC webhook endpoints, request logs with replay. Docs with examples in JS, Python, and cURL.

AI-generated views

The view you need.
Without a ticket to RevOps.

The AI Chat generates artifacts — mini-views, tables, and custom analyses that each person creates in the moment. No ticket to RevOps, no waiting for the next sprint.

A rep who wants deals sorted by probability × days in stage asks the Chat. The view appears in context, reproducible. When RevOps decides it's useful for everyone, it becomes a permanent view.

The system adapts to how people actually work. Not the other way around.

Your sales motion is your moat. Don't let it get lost in the noise.
