Trust & Security
Privacy and Security
Notapipe is built around the principle of operational trust: your data stays yours, access is enforced by role, and the system never uses your operational context to train models or share with third parties.
Data Privacy Protection
Your CRM data, deal records, and pipeline information are stored in your account only. When Workers process data for AI analysis, context is used in-request and not retained beyond the response. Notapipe does not use your operational data to train models.
Secure Data Access
Role-based access controls enforce visibility at every level - reps see their pipeline, managers see their team, leaders see the full operation. All data in transit is encrypted. API access is authenticated per user with session-level controls.
Regional Deployment
Account data is stored based on your region, with infrastructure deployed to comply with applicable data protection regulations. Each account operates in isolation - no cross-tenant data access is possible by design.
AI & data usage
Your data doesn't train models.
Workers and AI Mentors operate on your operational context - deals, contacts, pipeline signals - but that context is not retained, logged, or used to improve underlying models beyond the specific request being processed.
AI Mentor knowledge comes from curated, consented sources - published frameworks, documented methodologies, and practitioner content with explicit licensing. Not from analyzing customer operations.
Access controls
Role-enforced at the system level.
Access permissions in Notapipe are not UI preferences - they are enforced at the data layer. A rep cannot access a colleague's deals by navigating the interface, because the query itself is scoped by role before it reaches the database.
Admins can audit access logs, manage role assignments, and revoke sessions from the account control panel.
