Role-Aware UI
The right interface.
For the right person.
At the right moment.
Traditional CRMs show the same screen to everyone. That creates noise, errors, and low adoption. Notapipe generates the correct interface for each person — without manual configuration per user.
Same deal. Different view.
Ramping rep
Coaching guidance · Priority actions · Learning milestones
Senior AE
Close signals · Objection patterns · Multi-thread status
Warehouse
Preparation checklist · Order status · Dispatch queue
Dispatcher
Exit control · Route optimization · Customer notifications
How it works
Four dimensions.
One interface.
The layout resolves dynamically from the intersection of who you are, what you're doing, and where you are in the process.
Platform role
Owner, admin, member, viewer. Controls what you can configure, see, and change at the system level.
Business role
The role within your operation: AE ramping, senior AE, warehouse operator, dispatcher. Configured once per user.
Seniority
S1, S2, and up. The same role at different seniority gets different coaching, different contexts, different defaults.
Motion & stage
Where you are in the process right now. Stage contracts define which documents are required and which actions are available.
Available layouts
Four cockpits. One platform.
Ramping Cockpit
Ramping Cockpit

- — Coaching guidance embedded in workflow
- — Clear quota progression by ramp phase
Closing Cockpit
Closing Cockpit
For experienced reps focused on close.
- — Buy signals surfaced from conversation analysis
- — Objection patterns and response playbooks
- — Multi-thread stakeholder map
- — Deal health and risk score
Warehouse Console

- — Automatic customer notifications on status change
- — Delivery timeline and ETA visibility
For managers
View As
Audit the experience of any profile without changing accounts. See exactly what a ramping rep sees, what an operator sees, what a dispatcher sees — before they do.
View As interface
screenshot placeholder
- — Switch to any business role profile in one click
- — Full fidelity — same layout, same workers, same data visibility
- — Leaves no footprint — actions taken in View As are labeled
- — Useful for training, QA, and debugging configuration issues
Backend enforcement
Not just UI restrictions.
Actions that a role cannot perform are blocked on the server — not just hidden in the UI. Every enforcement is logged with who, what, when, and why it was allowed or blocked.
Server-side enforcement
Role constraints are validated at the API layer. A clever user cannot bypass restrictions by manipulating the UI.
Complete traceability
Full audit log: who did what, when, under which role, and the policy that allowed or blocked the action.
Shadow mode
Validate new rules against real usage without blocking real users. Measure before enforcing.
Role Inspector
See the layout, policies, and capabilities of any profile. Understand exactly what each configuration does — before deploying it.
Stage contracts
What must happen before the deal moves forward.
Each stage can define required documents, required actions, and available transitions. The system enforces the contract — the rep focuses on selling.
Required documents
e.g. Signed proposal, NDA, Technical spec
Required activities
e.g. Discovery call logged, Demo completed
Available transitions
e.g. → Negotiation, → Lost, → On Hold
Blocked actions
e.g. Cannot generate invoice before deal confirmed
Everything is live
Role-Aware is running in production.
Including the AI.
Every layout, every enforcement layer, every worker — already deployed. We're working with the first teams now.
We work with a small number of teams. We'll reach out directly.
Your sales motion is your moat. Don't let it get lost in the noise.
